What is sNews?

sNews is a completly free PHP and MySQL driven tool for publishing and maintaining news articles on a website. It's easy to integrate into your existing design, or can be a simple content management system on it's own. sNews is extremly lightweight because it consists of only three files, Extremely easy to install and use through an easy to use web interface.

Why should you use it?

sNews has only 3 files and it's template independent which means that you can redesign your site whenever you want. We are constantly working on sNews development so everything you need to do is download a newer version and your site and design stays the same, but you're able to use more features.

How to use it?

Just include the provided functions onto your existing design or use the design already provided in the package. The demonstration of sNews can bee seen through this pages cause Solucija is a sNews driven site.

Currently working on:

Functions that will be included in the index.php.

display_article(article_number); * if number 3 is entered, it displays the third article. This allows you to separate article listing, for example if you want your two first articles to show up in the center, and additional 2 on some other column.

new_articles(); * takes the first newest article from all categories and displays it as a link on the main page.

recent_articles(number_of_articles); * displays the older articles from a specific category where number_of_articles is the number of old articles you want to display as a link.
